Agreement between Firefly Studio and its readers
Acceptable use
- Read, share, and discuss content respectfully
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without permission
- Do not impersonate other users or the site owner
- Do not post unlawful, abusive, or spam content in comments
Paid subscriptions
Firefly Studio offers optional paid memberships processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to the billing terms described below.
Billed monthly or yearly
Your card is charged at the start of each billing period. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds within 14 days
New subscribers who cancel within 14 days of their first charge may request a full refund by emailing us.
Content license
All original content published on Firefly Studio — including articles, photographs, illustrations, and audio — is protected by copyright and owned by the site owner unless otherwise stated.
- You may read freely and share links to any public post
- Do not republish full articles without written permission
- Short excerpts and citations allowed per fair use / fair dealing
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or initiates fraudulent chargebacks. Upon termination, your subscription is cancelled and access to paid content ceases at the end of the current billing period.
