How Firefly Studio handles your data
What we collect
Firefly Studio collects only the data needed to deliver the service: your email address if you subscribe, and standard server logs. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
Data we collect and why
- Email address — to send the newsletter you subscribed to, nothing else
- Server logs (IP, browser, timestamp) — retained for 30 days for security
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number
Third-party processors
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
- VeloCMS — blog hosting infrastructure (data stored in the EU)
- Resend — transactional email delivery for subscription confirmations
Your rights
Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time.
Rectify
Ask us to correct inaccurate data. We'll action it within 72 hours.
Delete
Request deletion of your data. We'll purge it within 30 days.
